Andrew leads strategy, client communication, and overall direction. He's spent years working inside agencies and across industries, with a strong focus on home care and multi-location marketing. Before this, he served as Vice President at a marketing agency, overseeing strategy and performance across a large portfolio of accounts. That experience shapes how this business operates today.

His role is to

Emily focuses on what's actually happening behind the scenes. Before this, she served as Director of a Paid Ads department at a 50-person agency, where she led campaign strategy and performance across multiple accounts and managed large-scale ad spend. She's the reason decisions are based on real data, not assumptions. If something is off, she finds it.

We live in Northern Colorado, love to travel, and spend as much time outside as we can. We’ve got a dog and a cat that run the house — and like to think they run the business as well.
